Community Benefit Tree has designed programs to be able to assist individuals who are going through a medical crisis along withassisting their caregivers, friends and families. We are here to provide mentoring and tools to be able to help you survive a medical crisis or to have a success Celebration of Support event.

Each Support team is here for you during your medical crisis. The C.O.S. Support Team is here to assist with the Celebration of Support Event they will assist you from the beginning to the end of the event helping you raise the funds needed for your recipient and their family to save you time and money in the planning process.The C.R.E.W. Support Team is here to aid the recipient and their caregiver with resources, education and wellness tips. The H.O.P.E. Support Team is here to provide the recipient and their family with emotional support, a helping hand, and social interaction with other families.
