The Community Benefit Tree cast out a ray of light every time it eases burden of an individual and their family experiencing a medical crisis. In doing so, we shine a light of hope for those struggling to get out of the forest of the crisis.

WISH LIST

These items help our Celebration of Support Event with operating supplies for their event. They cut the cost of having the event and provide more money to go to the recipient and their family.

Celebration Of Support Funds

C.elebration O.f S.upport Fund

What is a C.O.S. Fund? If you are unable to put on a Celebration of Support event for your relative, friend, co-worker or neighbor who is going through a medical crisis but would like to be able to donate to them then a C.O.S. fund is what you are needing.

We need your support to carry out our mission in helping those in the community at a time when they need it the most.

By donating to our not-for-profit organization you will be equipping us to better serve people in the community at a most crucial time.

If interested in donating to us, please send a tax deductible donation to W3494 Dundas Rd, Kaukauna, WI 54130 or use the Pay Pal button. Please put CBT where it says item in pay pal.

Corporate Matching- the donation you have given to the Community Benefit Tree can be doubled or tripled with a matching gift from your employer. To determine whether you are eligible, contact your employer's personnel department. They will provide you with a simple form to complete and then mail it to us.
